Henk Jagersma started his own company as a real estate advisor in 2017. In addition, he holds the position of employer chairman for the SPW pension fund and has been a member of Planon’s supervisory board since 2019.

Henk Jagersma started his career as Policy Advisor for the Dutch labour party, followed by positions as Spokesperson for Minister of Finance Wim Kok (1990-1992), Finance Director of the municipality of Den Haag (The Hague) and Director for social housing corporation Staedion. In 2008, he joined Syntrus Achmea Real Estate as CEO.
Ten years later he became General Manager City Development in the City of Amsterdam. In 2017, Henk started his own company as a real estate advisor. He serves as employer chairman for SPW pension fund since October 2021.
