When a form is filled-in by a requestor, a request is automatically created in the Planon solution, together with any associated actions. Through these features, forms built with Planon’s solution ensure the correct and complete entry of all requests so that they can be dealt with in the most effective way.

Customers do not have to be called for clarification or to obtain missing information and in most cases the preparatory work of defining next actions is already complete and jobs are ready for issue on the FM team or suppliers. This ensures optimal work productivity while making real efficiency gains and guaranteeing service levels are met or even exceeded.

If web based forms prove laborious or too time-consuming to complete, your customers or tenants will ultimately either not use them or use them infrequently and revert back to the telephone once again. Planon’s solution has been designed with the end user in mind. For instance, the requestors own details such as their building, room, cost-center or department are completed automatically together with other standard service information.

For problem handling, powerful features such as drop-down lists or option choice groups can be employed. The net result is simple and speedy data entry by the customer. The answers to all your questions together with the information supplied on the request form (for example the quantity and type of business cards to be supplied) ensure that you have all the data needed to handle the request correctly.
