Pierre Guelen

Founder and CEO

As Founder and CEO of Planon Group, Pierre Guelen is responsible for the Company’s leading position globally in the Real Estate and Facility Management software market.

Pierre Guelen initially established Planon in the early 1980s as a facility and maintenance consulting company. By the late 1980s, Pierre Guelen migrated Planon from a consultancy to a software company eventually offering a full complement of real estate and facility management automation solutions. Today Planon has a global workforce of over 320 professionals, with offices in seven countries and a presence in 14 countries. Planon is the recognized leader in the global IWMS market with more than 1,300 customers in 16 countries and holds a leading position in Gartner’s magic quadrant.


Ron van den Broek

Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing

Ron van den Broek is responsible for managing and overseeing Planon’s global sales and marketing operation and is a member of the executive board.

Prior to Planon, Ron was Vice President Sales & Marketing for Tridion, acquired by SDL. Before Tridion, Ron held the position of General Manager SSA Global Benelux for SSA Global, now part of Infor and, prior to that, was the Vice President Northern Europe for Niku Corporation, a US PSA vendor, recently sold to CA. Ron began his career as Manager European Operations for HSO Business Solutions, a Baan ERP consulting group. 


 

Jim Nauen

SVP, Sales and Marketing

Jim Nauen brings more than 20 years of enterprise software experience to Planon. As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jim is responsible for the company’s North American field operations, and tasked with establishing the Company’s leadership position in the real estate and facility management software market.

Prior to Planon, Jim was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Centage Corporation, where he repositioned the company as the leading provider of Business Performance Management (BPM) Solutions for the mid-market. His career includes executive sales assignments at StreamServe North America as Vice President of Major Account Sales, Vice President of Business Development for TWI Interactive, Inc. and Vice President of Sales for 2WAY Corporation. Jim holds a BA in Economics from Syracuse University and a MBA from Boston University.


Jan Boeve

Senior Vice President, Global Services

Jan Boeve is the Senior Vice President, Global Services at Planon. In this role, Jan brings decades of experience in information technology, project management and general management to drive the growing Professional Services business globally. As the Senior Vice President, Global Services, Jan is responsible for all Planon services globally, including Global Support & Managed Services, oversees the U.S. implementation team and is a member of the Executive Board.

Prior to joining Planon in 2002, Jan was Managing Director for TDS, an international, publicly-traded IT company. Prior to TDS, Jan started his own company specializing in SAP services for retail business. Before starting his own company, Jan held a number of project management and general management roles for several IT companies. 


Jim Wilton
Vice President, Solution Management 

Jim Wilton brings more than 15 years of industry technology experience to Planon. As Vice President of Solution Management, Jim is responsible for developing the company’s product vision and bringing new solutions to market on a global scale.

Prior to Planon, Jim has held a number of executive managment positions in the IWMS market including Director of Product Strategy and Marketing for Accruent and Vice President, Product Management and Marketing for Tririga. Wilton holds a B.S. from Minnesota State University, an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and is pursuing his PhD from the International School of Management in Paris.


Heather Moses

Director of Marketing

Heather brings more than 15 years of marketing experience to Planon. In her role as Director of Marketing, Heather is responsible for all U.S. marketing efforts and is tasked with establishing Planon as the U.S. market leader in the real estate and facility management software industry.

Prior to Planon, Heather was the Director of Marketing at Covergence, where she was responsible for positioning the company as a leader in the enterprise IP communications marketplace. Prior to Covergence, Heather held various marketing management positions at enterprise software companies, including WorldStreet Corporation and MarketSoft Corporation. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from Northeastern University.
